Matches provides internet based engineering - conceptual (order-of- magnitude) cost estimates for chemical and metallurgical industry.  Our files contain a wide range of process and equipment information.  We also provide design guides for sizing and/or costing process equipment.   This information is helpful during a project's early phase of development.

Process Cost Analysis - Matches provide a generic description of a single chemical or metallurgical process and its block flow diagram along with a plot limit capital cost and operating cost.  The cost information is conceptual or order-of-magnitude costs.  The capital cost is a factored estimate.  The operating costs includes raw materials consumption and costs with other major costs items.
 
Process Equipment Cost - Matches provides a capital cost with a generic description for a single piece of equipment or equipment module.  In addition if available, the equipment information includes utility consumption and costs.    The site contains free cost correlation's for over 270 pieces of equipment (click here to check this out.)

Equipment Design Guide - Matches provides a conceptual design guides that aids in the sizing of a single piece of equipment.  The guide allows the sizing and/or costing of the equipment based upon process requirements.
