David A. Milligan - Vice-President of NE OK Section of AACE International

David A. Milligan assumes office of Vice President of local section of AACE International.

13-Jun-03 -- Roger Boles announced the election of David A. Milligan, Principal Engineer of Matches as Vice-President of the Northeast Oklahoma section of AACE International.   AACE International is an international professional organization with approximately 5,000 members in 72 local sections.  AACE International has qualified Dave as a certified cost engineer.  The NE Oklahoma section supports annual scholarships for local college students interested in Cost Engineering.  It also supports Engineers Fair for both Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas.
